We All Have Questions
Dear High Street Family,
As I meet with individuals and groups, I often notice how the struggles we face open us to questions about ourselves, our life, or our purpose...
Who in your life is facing circumstances that might cause them to ask deeper questions?
Maybe it’s a friend?
A neighbor?
A family member?
A co-worker?
What has it been like to watch as others navigate these things?
The struggles we face cause us to consider questions that shift how we think, who we are, and ultimately who we become.
As we struggle, questions bubble up like, “Does life have a purpose?”, “Is there a God?” or “Why does God allow Pain and Suffering?” (click links for articles). As you may know, we’re actually starting a community conversation around these very questions and more on September 24th in our Explore God series.
The Explore God questions are intentionally wide so that our minds and hearts open up to our own journey with God while inviting-in and linking arms with those in our community who are having similar conversations.
It’s likely that someone in our immediate social circle is thinking about these same questions.
We’re maybe just a few degrees, even just one question away, from a significant conversation about God with a friend or neighbor.
Consider sharing with them your questions about God and inviting them to join the conversation online or in-person as we revisit these core questions that shape who we are and who we’re becoming.
And I encourage you to share this video with those in your life who need it, post it on your Facebook or Social Media page, or just text the link to this person.
