Regional Worship & Prayer Night- This Friday, April 10th 6-7:30pm
We're so excited about hosting the Regional Santa Cruz Prayer Gathering at High Street this Friday, April 10th from 6-7:30pm! This time in worship and prayer will be led by our House of Prayer team.
Dinner is from 6-6:30
Worship & Prayer from 6:30-7:30pm
Childcare available in Youth Building
We'll be worshiping and praying through Ephesians 2:12-22:
"And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near. For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father."
This is an amazing way to experience the unity of the Church in Santa Cruz, pray for the hurting and broken to know Jesus, enjoy a free meal, and grow in our connection with God and one another.

Pioneered by the Tru Love Christian Festival this Santa Cruz Prayer Gathering has been building monthly momentum since 2025 in regional prayer and worship nights housed in local churches--we love this! We are seeing prayer and worship popping up all over the city, and believe this movement is God-initiated. And yet how beautiful so much of it is housed and carried along by the local church!
The Journey Course & New Sermon series- A Church-Wide Discipleship Initiative this Summer & Next Fall
This Sunday, April 12th, we're launching a new sermon series, Becoming a Dwelling Place that operates in sync with our new church-wide discipleship initiative called The Journey.
The Journey is a combination of transformational content and conversations for those who are:
Seeking a deeper understanding of how God transforms us
Feeling stuck in their walk with God
Hungering for greater intimacy with God
Desiring equipping to help others who are stuck, broken, or wanting to grow
The content is deeply theological, yet will take us into the places in our heart and Christian journey that long to be known, seen, shared, and healed in relationship with one another. See graphic of flyers below that outline the sermon series and also the next phases of the discipleship initiative.
There will be more to come, but for now, know you're invited on The Journey and you can pioneer this amazing process in our church body, engage in significant conversations around what transforms us in Jesus, and also help to co-create an atmosphere or transformation and growth that will invite-in others who long to authentically know Jesus too.
Season of Prayer & Fasting As A Church, Wednesdays through May 6th
Please join us in continued prayer and fasting for lunch on Wednesdays, over the next 6 weeks. We will gather to pray on Wednesdays from 3:30-5:30 in the Sanctuary at House of Prayer through May 6th. If you have dietary restrictions, feel free to alter the timing or the kind of fast.
