How to be Thankful

I want to give a special encouragement to our church community to be sure to attend and participate in this Sunday’s worship service at 9:30am.

As most of you know, this special service is one of the best of the entire year.

We spend time in worship and give/hear stories of how the Lord has worked through the past year. Experiencing this service in person is so important.

I often leave so encouraged and challenged by what people share and who the Lord has called into our church.

Here are the 3 questions we use to prompt the sharing during the service:

• How have you seen this church be used by God in the lives of others or yourself this year?

• Have you experienced something that has been painful, difficult, or stretching this year that you’ve seen God bless?

• Who has God put in your life this past year to walk with you and encourage, support, or bless you and/or speak truth to you?
